Heartland Hospice Moose Jaw Inc. works collaboratively with both the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and the Ministry of Health (MOH) on initiatives to support the delivery of patient and family-centered care within palliative hospice care.

Heartland Hospice is a fundraising and support entity, but the hospice wing itself is staffed and managed by SHA. All inquiries should go through you or your loved one’s doctor, or contact 306.691.2095 for more info.
